We don’t just provide space for your cat to sleep away the time until your arrival home, we pride ourselves on providing the best holiday experience that we possible can.

Cancellation policy : No penalty for change/ cancellation up to 6 days in advance, payment returned in full. Otherwise a charge equivalent to one week of boarding (or the whole amount if a shorter booking).
Minimum charge : Equivalent to 3 days single occupancy rate for suite, king suite or top pad (5 days in school holidays)
Highland Cats offers standard reception times 7 days a week.
PURR DATES – our special 3 – 5 minutes minimum of one to one “speed- date” with each cat, provided free of charge every day. Th “purr date” is uninterrupted time with our guests, getting to know them and, of course, making a complete fuss of them.
Medication Administration – There is no charge for administering medications unless timings are outside normal hours.
