Our prices reflect the unique quality of the service that we offer, as well as the quality and size of the accommodation and the many extras provided. We don’t just provide space for your cat to sleep away the time until your arrival home, we pride ourselves on providing the best holiday experience that we possible can.

Cancellation policy : No penalty for change/ cancellation up to 6 days in advance, payment returned in full. Otherwise a charge equivalent to 5 days of boarding (or the whole amount if a shorter booking) with balance credited against a future booking (within 12 months.
Minimum charge : Equivalent to 3 days of equivalent occupancy rate for suite, king suite or top pad (5 days in school holidays)
Highland Cats offers standard reception times 7 days a week. If possible we recommend arrival in the morning – especially for new cats or cats that like to get out at home first thing in the morning or arrivals during the darker winter months.
PURR DATES (Free) – our special 3 – 5 minutes of one to one “speed- date” with each cat, provided free of charge every day. A “purr date” is uninterrupted time with our guests, getting to know them and, of course, making a complete fuss of them. The longer their stay the more Purrdates they get each day.
EXTRA PURRDATE PACK (£10 per pack) – we offer the opportunity to add in to your booking extra cuddle and play time if you think your cat would enjoy this. Each pack contains 30 minutes of extra time that we will incorporate in to your cat’s stay with us in a way that they will most appreciate.
Medication Administration – There is no charge for administering medications unless timings are outside normal hours.
